School-Based Behavioral Health Therapists - Hiring Incentive $1200

Collaborate with school personnel to identify students needing behavioral health services and facilitate the referral process. Provide individual counseling, therapeutic behavioral support, parent guidance and family interventions; deliver group counseling/therapeutic behavioral support/prevention groups as needed; integrate behavioral health with the client’s health needs and refer for appropriate medical, dental, psychiatric and other psychosocial service needs. Ensure timely clinical documentation in line with licensing and accreditation standards; meet productivity expectations. Opportunity to expand skills in Early Child Mental Health screenings and community-based consultation during summers for youth and families. Telehealth may be utilized as clinically indicated. Location-based services include school/community/home settings with in-person, on-site activities at the Cleveland area centers.
