Job Summary
As a school-based behavioral health liaison, provide face-to-face consultation with classroom teachers to support trauma-informed classrooms and promote healthy coping and de-escalation strategies for students at risk; deliver at least one in-person training per year to LEA personnel; assist in IEP processes and trauma-informed support plans, develop school-wide mental health initiatives, and maintain documentation and progress notes.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or MH Counseling specialization
- License-eligible in respective discipline preferred
- Completion of at least 24 graduate-level semester hours in psychology, social work, counseling, or other behavioral health-related coursework
- Clinical experience required (internships or practicums during master’s program)
- Valid driver's license and eligibility for organization vehicle insurance
