School Based Behavioral Health Coordinator-- New Hanover County

Job Summary
Provides direct behavioral health services in school-based and school-linked settings, including intake, comprehensive clinical assessments, person-centered and treatment planning, crisis planning/intervention, individual and group therapy, and case management. Handles intake coordination, open access/walk-in triage, and administrative supervision; coordinates schedules, trains clinicians, maintains collaboration with community resources, conducts independent diagnostic and psychosocial evaluations, and ensures licensure compliance while supporting staff productivity and workflow improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in human services or equivalent
- Full licensure as a Psychological Associate, Professional Counselor, or Clinical Social Worker
- Dual licensure as a Clinical Addictions Specialist preferred
- Two (2) years of progressive experience in behavioral health assessment and treatment
- One (1) year experience of behavioral health supervisory skills preferred
