Job Summary
Provide behavioral health counseling within outpatient clinic and elementary school settings, delivering brief solution-focused interventions for pediatric and adult populations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams within an integrated behavioral health model, support patient assessments and treatment planning, and maintain timely clinical documentation in the Athena Practice EMR. Role supports a 50/50 clinic and school-based care structure with a Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends) and a strong mentorship/community-focused environment. Includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and an 8% employer 401(k) retirement match, with student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000.
Required Qualifications
- Active Washington LMHCA license REQUIRED
- Comfortable working with both pediatric and adult patient populations REQUIRED
- Strong behavioral health assessment and counseling skills REQUIRED
- Comfortable providing brief solution-focused interventions REQUIRED
- Team-based and community-focused care mindset REQUIRED
- Bilingual Spanish skills highly preferred but not required
