Job Summary
Work 1:1 with children with special needs to support communication, self-help, social, and play skills by implementing behavior plans designed by BCBAs. Collect behavior data, record clinical notes, and track client progress to ensure skill acquisition. Attend ongoing development and training to strengthen team capabilities and ABA services. Schedule includes weekdays from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with options ranging from 18 to 40 hours per week. Competitive hourly rates start at $20.00, with benefits including paid sick leave, health insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
Required Qualifications
- Have experience working with maladaptive behaviors in children and/or adults
- Have a HS diploma or equivalent
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Be open to work at least 3 days weekdays from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- Provide proof of MMR and TDap vaccination
- Take a TB Test & Live Scan background check
Desired Qualifications
- ABA experience highly preferred
- Experience working with children and/or disabilities
