School-based Behavior Technician

Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one sessions with children with special needs to support communication, self-help, social, and play skills while implementing behavior plans designed by BCBAs. Collect behavior data, record clinical notes, and tailor techniques to ensure individual skill acquisition. Attend ongoing training and development to strengthen ABA services. Work consistent weekday hours from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with options ranging from 18 to 40 hours per week. Earn a $500 sign-on bonus for RBTs or $300 for entry-level candidates, plus paid drive time, mileage, and a cell phone stipend.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Open to work at least 3 days weekdays from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- Proof of COVID-19, MMR, and TDap vaccination
- Take a TB Test & Live Scan background check
