School-based Behavior Technician (Part-Time & Full-Time)

Job Summary
Work 1:1 with children with special needs to support communication, self-help, social, and play skills by implementing behavior plans designed by BCBAs, including tailoring techniques to meet individual client needs. Collect behavior data and record clinical notes to track and share client progress. Attend ongoing development and training to strengthen ABA services and earn Registered Behavior Technician certification with direct support from BCBAs. Schedule options range from 9 to 40 hours per week, with full-time benefits including paid sick leave, health insurance, and 401(k) starting at 30 hours. Competitive hourly rates are $20.00 to $27.00, plus paid training, drive time, mileage, and a cell phone stipend. Candidates must have experience with maladaptive behaviors, a high school diploma, and be open to working weekdays from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Have experience working with maladaptive behaviors in children and/or adults
- Have a HS diploma or equivalent
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Be open to work at least 3 days weekdays from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- Provide proof of MMR and TDap vaccination
- Take a TB Test & Live Scan background check
