School-based Behavior Technician (Part Time & Full Time!)

Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one sessions with children with special needs to support communication, self-help, social, and play skills by implementing behavior plans designed by BCBAs. Collect behavior data, record clinical notes, and tailor strategies to ensure skill acquisition for each client. Attend ongoing team development and training to strengthen ABA services while earning your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®) certification through paid shadowing and direct support. Work at least three days a week from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM across Perris, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Murrieta, and Temecula. Apply if you have experience with maladaptive behaviors, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Have experience working with maladaptive behaviors in children and/or adults
- Have a HS diploma or equivalent
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have reliable transportation
- Have a valid driver's license
- Be open to work at least 3 days weekdays from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- Provide proof of MMR and TDap vaccination
- Take a TB Test & Live Scan background check
Desired Qualifications
- Have some college
- Have ABA experience
