Job Summary
Behavior Technician (BT) in a school setting for K-12 students at PRO Pediatric Services. Provides services to students with significant behavioral and emotional challenges, implements behavior plans, and may pursue RBT certification with company support. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent, at least one year of school-based experience, and 40-hour RBT training. Full-time schedule (approx. 7 hours/day, M-F during normal school hours) with benefits; duties include clinical documentation, computer use, and adherence to school calendar. W2 position with health/vision/dental, 401k matching, PTO, and holidays; opportunities for professional development and growth. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Must have High Diploma or equivalent
- Must have minimum one year demonstrated experience working in a school setting, preferably with students with significant behavioral and emotional challenges
- 40-Hour RBT training is required
- Must be comfortable using a computer
- Must be able to complete clinical documentation to school district standards
- Current clearances (within 6 months)
- Must have experience implementing behavior plans and working with children with severe behaviors
