School-Based BCBA

Conduct functional behavioral and skill assessments to guide interventions and develop, implement, and revise Behavior Support Plans using data-driven, evidence-based methods. Train, supervise, and provide feedback to staff, including RBTs, teachers, and assistants, while monitoring procedural integrity, data collection, and treatment fidelity. Respond to behavioral crises and provide Telehealth services as appropriate. Maintain accurate documentation for services, progress reporting, and billing. Collaborate with school staff, parents, and leadership to support positive outcomes for students. This full-time role requires obtaining Tennessee licensure prior to hire, maintaining BCBA certification, and involves physical demands including prolonged standing and lifting up to 40 lbs.
