Job Summary
As a School Aide, you will collaborate with classroom teachers and therapists to support students in achieving their individualized education goals. Responsibilities include assisting with classroom activities tailored to each student’s IEP, supporting students during community outings and field trips, providing personal care and mealtime assistance, maintaining classroom organization, documenting observations, and creating a positive learning environment. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma, a valid New York State driver’s license, basic computer skills, and a caring attitude.
