Manage the classroom, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for Kindergarten through 4th grade students. Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum by planning and delivering effective lesson plans that utilize diverse learning modalities to foster growth and ignite a lifelong passion for learning. Serve as a role model to develop young minds while maintaining regular communication with parents to share progress and achievements.
