Job Summary
Supervise and engage children during before and after-school programs while planning and facilitating age-appropriate activities for students aged 5–12. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students, build positive relationships with families and staff, and maintain a clean, organized classroom environment. Work a split shift on MCPS off days with a focus on creating a fun, safe, and engaging space that supports children's growth and development.
Required Qualifications
