Job Summary
Split-shift School Age Teacher responsible for morning energy and after-school support for K-6 or school-age children; duties include facilitating learning readiness in the morning, engaging with children after school, providing guidance and encouragement, and driving the bus for drop-off and pick-up. Requires a clean driving record and eligibility via one of: a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in early childhood education, education, or child/youth development; or a Child Development Associate Credential; or a high school diploma or GED with 1500 verified hours of supervised group-activity experience. Location: Lincoln, NE. This role offers a 401(k), paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor’s or Associate’s in early childhood education, education, or child/youth development
- Have a Child Development Associate Credential
- Have a high school diploma or GED with 1500 verified hours of experience in organized group activities for young children

- Clean Driving Record
- Ability to drive bus for drop off and pickup
