Job Summary
Plan and implement data-driven lesson plans, conduct DRDP assessments, and analyze results to create individualized goals for students. Set up engaging classroom environments, lead parent conferences, and provide homework tutoring support. Deliver leadership training to staff, oversee summer and winter camps, and manage field trips while ensuring safety through the Caring Series. Transport children to school and off-track activities in a CP vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and maintaining a clean driving record. Operate as an AM Preschool Instructional Assistant during on-track sessions.
Required Qualifications
- 12 ECE units
- ability to attain Child Development Teacher's Permit or higher level permit
- Clean driving record
- comfortable driving a 9-seater bus
- Experience with tutoring

- Passionate in working with all ages 5-9
- Ability to walk, sit, and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds to support children
- Ability to bend and squat to interact with children
