Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate YMCA school-age childcare programs at Parkview Elementary (before/after school, day camp, and related activities); ensure high-quality, compliant programs with Wisconsin licensing standards; supervise and develop staff and volunteers; manage facilities and equipment; maintain program records; build relationships with school administration, parent groups, and community partners; respond to inquiries and uphold the YMCA mission and codes of conduct.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree preferred
- One to two years related experience preferred in a childcare program
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Continuing Education as required by Wisconsin State Licensing Standards
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred; required within 30 days of hire
- Must be Child Care Teacher qualified or have the ability to become Child Care Teacher qualified within 3 months of hire
