Job Summary
Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and group sessions, while supervising homework completion. Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment by acting as a positive role model for children in the after-school program. Observe state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies while supporting program operations such as attendance records, registration, and staffing. Work Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM, adhering to the school calendar for the 2026–2027 school year.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Medically cleared of any communicable diseases including TB
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.), and maintain active supervision while participating in children's routines and activities
- Must be warm, friendly, and upbeat
