Job Summary
Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and homework completion while providing a safe, healthy, and fun environment. Observe state guidelines, program policies, and school regulations, and support operations by managing attendance records, registration, and staffing. Act as a positive role model for children in the before-school program at Stafford Elementary School during the 2026–2027 school year. This part-time, non-exempt role aligns with the school calendar from 7:00 to 8:10 am and offers employer-paid childcare for enrolled children.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day
