Job Summary
Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and homework assistance, while supervising children in a safe, structured environment. Provide daily communication with parents via the Playground App and maintain accurate attendance records and registration. Observe state guidelines and host school policies to ensure a healthy, clean, and fun setting. Work morning shifts from 6:30 AM to 8:05 AM or afternoon shifts from 2:50 PM to 6:00 PM at the Petersham Center School in Petersham, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree and at least three months of experience working with school-age children
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of experience working with school-age children, including at least three months of supervised experience in a school-age childcare program
- At least nine months of experience working with school-age children, including at least three months of supervised experience in a school-age childcare program
