School-Age Childcare Staff – Before & After School

Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and group sessions, while supervising homework completion. Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment as a positive role model for children in the before and after school program. Observe state guidelines, program policies, and school regulations while supporting operations such as attendance records and registration. Maintain a warm, friendly, and upbeat demeanor with exceptional people skills to encourage children's curiosity and confidence. Work part-time following the school calendar, with morning or afternoon shifts available, to support families and contribute to a mission-driven team shaping the future of childcare.
