Job Summary
Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and group sessions, while supervising homework completion. Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment as a positive role model for children ages 5–12. Observe state guidelines, program policies, and school regulations. Support program operations by managing attendance records, registration, and staffing duties. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, OR at least 1 year of experience working with children under the age of 13
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
