Job Summary
Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and group sessions while supervising homework completion. Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment acting as a positive role model for children ages 5–12. Observe state guidelines, program policies, and school regulations while supporting operations such as attendance records and registration. Work mornings from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM or afternoons from 3:10 PM to 6:00 PM, with opportunities for both shifts. This part-time role at Cairo-Durham Elementary School is ideal for parents, educators, or retirees seeking hands-on experience with children and classroom management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience working with children under the age of 13
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations
