Job Summary
Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and group sessions, while supervising homework completion. Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment by acting as a positive role model and observing state guidelines and program policies. Support program operations through attendance records, registration, and staffing duties. Work mornings from 7:00 to 8:45 am or afternoons from 2:30 to 5:45 pm, following the school calendar. This role offers employer-paid childcare for enrolled children and is ideal for parents, education majors, or retirees seeking hands-on experience.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day
