Job Summary
Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and homework completion, while providing a safe, healthy, and fun environment as a positive role model. Observe state guidelines, program policies, and school regulations, and support operations by managing attendance records, registration, and staffing. Act as a supervisor for the afternoon program from 2:30 to 6:00 pm, adhering to the school calendar for the 2026–2027 school year. This part-time role offers employer-paid childcare for enrolled children and includes telehealth, vision, dental, and 401(k) benefits.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or its equivalent
- Two years of direct experience working with children under 13 years of age
- A School-age Child Care Credential or other Office recognized credential specific to the school-age developmental period
- One year of experience working with children less than 13 years of age
- Associate's degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or a related field
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude

- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day
