Job Summary
Lead daily operations of the before and after school program at Marian E. McKeown Elementary School by creating a safe, engaging environment that meets quality standards and licensing requirements. Support and coach your team to ensure full staffing, accurate records, and proper child-to-staff ratios while maintaining well-stocked inventory. Build strong relationships with families and school partners, encouraging children's curiosity and confidence through play-based learning. This role aligns with the school calendar, offering morning, afternoon, or both shifts for the 2026–2027 year. Employer-paid childcare is available for enrolled children, allowing you to focus on your job while your child participates in a safe, structured program.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience working with children in a school, childcare, camp, or youth program setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass required background and fingerprint clearances
