Job Summary
Oversee multiple after-school childcare programs in Southern and Central New Hampshire by supporting Site Directors, ensuring appropriate staffing, and maintaining compliance with state licensing requirements. Build strong partnerships with school leaders, monitor program quality, and address coverage needs proactively to ensure children have a safe, engaging experience. Manage daily operations across locations while coaching staff and meeting enrollment goals. This part-time, year-round leadership role offers flexible Monday–Friday hours between 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., $22.00 per hour, and includes employer-paid childcare, mileage reimbursement, and benefits like telehealth and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience
- Background in childcare, youth development, K–12 education, or a similar environment
- Experience managing and controlling staff schedules and daily operational coverage across multiple locations
- Comfort working directly with school administrators and building staff
- Must pass a full background check including fingerprinting and reference checks
