Job Summary
Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and group sessions, while supervising homework completion. Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment by acting as a positive role model for children ages 5–12. Observe state guidelines, program policies, and school regulations while supporting operations such as attendance records and registration. Work mornings from 6:45 AM to 7:45 AM or afternoons between 2:45 PM and 6:00 PM, with opportunities for both shifts. Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds. This role offers employer-paid childcare for enrolled children and is ideal for parents, education majors, or retirees seeking hands-on experience.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of experience working with kids under 13 preferred
