Job Summary
Conduct before and after school childcare for school-age children (ages 5–12) at Dixie Elementary School, managing morning and afternoon programs while ensuring kids are engaged, safe, and having fun. Maintain full staffing ratios, keep accurate records, and restock classroom supplies before they run low to support teacher readiness and program compliance. Provide warm, friendly supervision that encourages children's curiosity and creativity while communicating effectively with families.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Medically cleared of any communicable diseases including TB
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.)
- Must be warm, friendly, and upbeat
