Job Summary
Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and group sessions, while supervising homework completion. Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment by acting as a positive role model and observing state guidelines and program policies. Support program operations through attendance records, registration, and staffing duties. This role aligns with the school calendar for the 2026–2027 year, offering morning (7:00 AM–9:00 AM) or afternoon (3:15 PM–6:30 PM) shifts. Employer-paid childcare is available for enrolled children during your work hours.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day
