Job Summary
Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and homework completion. Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment while acting as a positive role model for children in the program. Observe state guidelines, program policies, and school regulations. Support program operations by managing attendance records, registration, and staffing responsibilities. This part-time role at Franklin Elementary School aligns with the school calendar, offering morning, afternoon, or both program shifts. Employer-paid childcare is available for enrolled children during work hours.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day
