Job Summary
Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and group sessions, while supervising homework completion. Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment as a positive role model for children aged 5–12. Observe state guidelines, program policies, and school regulations while supporting operations such as attendance records and registration. Work morning or afternoon shifts aligned with the school calendar, offering childcare coverage for enrolled students.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree and at least three months of experience working with school-age children
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of experience working with school-age children, including at least three months of supervised experience in a school-age childcare program
- At least nine months of experience working with school-age children, including at least three months of supervised experience in a school-age childcare program
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for morning, afternoon, or both programs
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
