School-Age Childcare Assistant – Before & After School

Conduct before and after school childcare for school-age children (ages 5–12) by ensuring program compliance with state regulations and leading engaging, hands-on activities aligned with the Healthy Kids Curriculum. Oversee daily operational tasks including accurate attendance tracking, scheduling, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels while maintaining clear communication with parents via the Playground App. Collaborate with direct reports to share updates, address concerns, and support a positive team environment. Work a split shift covering the morning program from 6:45 AM to 8:00 AM and the afternoon program from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
