Job Summary
Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and group sessions, while supervising homework completion. Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment acting as a positive role model for children in the before and after school program. Observe state guidelines, program policies, and school rules while supporting operations such as attendance records and registration. Maintain a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor to encourage children's curiosity and confidence. This role aligns with the school calendar for the 2026–2027 year. As part of Healthy Kids Programs, you join a mission-driven team shaping the future of childcare across 150 locations.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years of experience working with children under 13
- Must pass a full background check, including fingerprinting and reference checks
- Must be medically fit to perform job duties which includes a clear TB
- Warm, friendly, professional, and reliable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs
