Job Summary
Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and homework completion, while providing a safe, healthy, and fun environment as a positive role model. Observe state guidelines, program policies, and school regulations, and support operations by managing attendance records, registration, and staffing. Maintain a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills while working with children under 13, demonstrating reliability and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This part-time role at Winchester Trail Elementary School offers employer-paid childcare for enrolled children and aligns with the school calendar.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day
