Job Summary
Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and homework completion. Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment while acting as a positive role model for children ages 5–12. Observe state guidelines, program policies, and school regulations. Support operations by managing attendance records, registration, and staffing duties. Work morning or afternoon shifts aligned with the school calendar at Winchester Trail Elementary School. Requires high school diploma, one year of experience with children under 13, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day
