Job Summary
Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and group sessions, while supervising homework completion. Maintain a safe, healthy environment and act as a positive role model for children ages 5–12. Observe state guidelines, program policies, and school regulations. Support operations by managing attendance records, registration, and staffing duties. Work part-time mornings (7:00–8:00 am) or afternoons (2:15–5:30 pm) at Lopatcong Elementary School, with opportunities for both shifts. Requires a high school diploma, health clearance, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day
