Job Summary
Oversee multiple after-school childcare programs in Hillsborough and Cheshire County by supporting Site Directors, ensuring appropriate staffing, and maintaining compliance with state licensing requirements. Build strong partnerships with school leaders to address building concerns and monitor program quality while coaching staff for consistent, engaging experiences. Manage daily operations across locations to meet enrollment goals and ensure coverage needs are addressed before impacting children or families. This hands-on leadership role requires an organized, proactive individual with supervisory experience in childcare or education to help children have a safe, positive after-school experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience
- Background in childcare, youth development, K–12 education, or a similar environment
- Experience managing and controlling staff schedules and daily operational coverage across multiple locations
- Comfort working directly with school administrators and building staff
- Must pass a full background check including fingerprinting and reference checks
