Job Summary
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for school-age children during afternoon hours. Support homework completion and deliver enrichment activities, games, and creative play using the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum. Build relationships with families and colleagues while communicating regularly about children's progress via mobile apps and personal discussions. Assist with safe pickup and dismissal procedures at the end of each day. Work Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM in state-of-the-art classrooms.
Required Qualifications
- one year of professional teaching or childcare experience
- six months of professional experience
- associate degree or higher in ECE or related field
- High school diploma/GED
- applicable state licensing requirements
