Job Summary
School Administrator role providing administrative services across administration, finance, staff onboarding, committee servicing, event coordination and school operations for Te Kura Toi Tangata School of Education. You will coordinate meetings and logistics, support staff with university systems and processes, manage contract staffing administration, assist with financial processes and help maintain efficient systems that support teaching and research activities. This is a permanent, part-time role (0.6 FTE, 22.5 hours per week) based at the Hamilton campus, with flexibility to increase hours during peak periods. Salary will be in the range $73,235 to $87,024 per annum pro rata, depending on skills and experience. Applicants should bring proven administration, customer service and planning experience, excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, proficiency with computer systems, attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently and with others, while respecting diverse backgrounds and Te Tiriti o Waitangi commitments.
