School Administrator Fellowship

Job Summary
Direct daily school operations and collaborate with the local administrator to align activities with strategic objectives. Oversee expat teachers and manage local staff hiring, training, and curriculum development. Develop long-range educational plans, direct business functions including payroll and budgeting, and supervise teaching methods and staff programs. Build a team of financial supporters through regular communication and handle assigned duties as needed. This fellowship supports LJI's mission to help orphaned children become independent thinkers within a Christian culture focused on biblical excellence and kingdom-class education.
Required Qualifications
- Mature Christian faith and agreement with our Global Value to 'Abide in Christ'
- Knowledge, understanding, and agreement with how the Christian Gospel ministers to 'the least of these' (Matthew 25:40) and guides us in our mission
- Agreement with our Core Value 'Be the Kingdom'(in mission execution and personal conduct)
- Acknowledgment of our Statement of Faith
- Passion for justice and advocacy on behalf of vulnerable populations
- Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in education)
- School administration and teaching experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Logical reasoning and problem solving skills
- Basic quantitative reasoning skills
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and willingness to adapt to changing and challenging circumstances
- Teachable, willing to learn from others
- A strong passion for children and education
- Sensitivity to cultural differences and working in cross-cultural contexts
