Job Summary
Implement the SAM framework to monitor the principal's time allocation and adjust schedules to maximize instructional leadership activities. Coordinate daily schedules, classroom observations, coaching meetings, and PLC participation while filtering operational requests. Oversee campus office operations, manage front office staff, and handle logistical needs including facilities requests, transportation, and event planning. Serve as a liaison between the principal, staff, families, and district departments. Prepare data reports on leadership time trends and maintain SAM documentation. Manage competing demands and travel to campuses over 150 miles apart to ensure operational efficiency without requiring the principal's direct involvement.
Required Qualifications
