Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for daily administrative tasks including answering phones and emails, maintaining student records, and assisting administrators and teachers. Key responsibilities include using the Connexus learning management system for filing records, responding to inquiries from parents and schools, directing phone calls, scheduling meetings, and handling additional duties as assigned. Candidates should have a high school diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Applications, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Required skills include good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Must have high school diploma
- Must pass FBI and BCII background checks per Ohio Law
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of similar administrative experience preferred
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred
- Intermediate skill level in MS Excel
