Job Summary
Lead the on-site team for the F. Hollings Undergraduate Ernest Scholarship Program by issuing badges with NOAA Security, drafting correspondence for Program Managers, and providing guidance to junior contractors. Maintain time and attendance calendars, review contractor reports for accuracy, and manage spreadsheets for 125-150 scholars. Assist Program Managers during absences and conduct education and outreach activities as needed. Submit content for the Office of Education's social media and web presence. This contingent GS-12 position requires a Bachelor's degree in communications or education with 6-8 years of experience and is subject to a government background investigation.
