Schiffsführer m/w/d

Conduct full responsibility for the vessel, passengers, crew, equipment, and supplies while ensuring strict adherence to operational checklists and manufacturer maintenance cycles. Perform daily machine and system inspections for fluid levels and functionality, manage repairs and spare parts procurement to prevent operational downtime, and enforce HACCP guidelines and safety standards. Coordinate with onboard staff, supervise external personnel, and provide knowledgeable regional commentary to guests while maintaining impeccable uniform standards and professional conduct. Monitor daily revenue from tickets and catering, report any defects or incidents immediately to management, and ensure all legal regulations and company directives are followed throughout the tour.
