Conduct shift leadership for the central warehouse, managing work effort estimation, personnel deployment planning, and attendance control. Oversee disciplinary and professional leadership of staff, including recruitment, motivation, and qualification within the warehousing area. Steer material flows, monitor picking and storage operations, and manage document processing and tour closures. Ensure inventory data accuracy through quality and stock control while maintaining cleanliness and order. Optimize workflows and generate reports for the central warehouse management. Requires first-hand experience as a shift leader, a logistics training certificate, and a forklift license.
