Job Summary
Monitor and steer continuous production processes while ensuring quality, efficiency, and environmental compliance. Lead the shift operationally and disciplinarily, managing personnel allocation and coordinating closely with production leadership. Conduct regular inspections to guarantee smooth operations, intervening immediately during deviations or disruptions. Maintain equipment availability by directing rapid response measures for breakdowns and supporting emergency repairs. Enforce safety, health, environmental, and energy protection standards throughout the team. Continuously analyze production processes, document procedures, and actively contribute to optimization and development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung als VDZ-Meister oder technischer Handwerksmeister
- Mindestens 3-jähriger Berufserfahrung in der Zementindustrie
- Umfassende Kenntnisse im Bereich Zementverfahrenstechnik
- Sozial- und Führungskompetenz
- Gutes Urteilsvermögen
- Fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP)
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im vollkontinuierlichen Schichtbetrieb
