Job Summary
Conduct administrative operations, coordinate warehouse entry processes, and oversee inventory management at the Bergkirchen logistics center. Monitor the warehouse management system, record commissioning differences, and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards. Lead staff through shift planning and scheduling while managing general administrative tasks and cross-departmental communication. Support the operations manager with daily projects and maintain strict adherence to infection protection regulations for fresh products. Requires logistics training or equivalent experience, German language proficiency, and availability for shift work. Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Lagerlogistik oder gleichwertige langjährige Tätigkeit im operativen Lagerbereich
- Kenntnisse in Lagerverwaltungs- bzw. Warenwirtschaftssystemen sowie der MS Office Produkte
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ultra-Fresh-Produkten und Arbeiten nach dem Infektionsschutzgesetz
- Gute Deutsch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Flexibilität und teamorientiertes Arbeiten
- Pragmatisches und analytisches Denkvermögen
- Sorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
