Job Summary
Lead logistics and operations staff by managing personnel planning, monitoring warehouse inventory flows, and ensuring productivity and quality standards across the shift. Oversee stock control within the warehouse management system, maintain area cleanliness and order, and act as the primary contact for customers, suppliers, and internal departments. Apply hands-on leadership to motivate commercial employees while adhering to the early and late shift schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Spedition oder Lagerwirtschaft
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lagerlogistik
- Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
- Erfahrung in der Personaleinsatzplanung
- Sicherer Umgang mit Lagerverwaltungssystemen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick
