Coordinate daily operations as the central interface for partners, customers, and delivery drivers. Assemble orders from the NINJAS Market, pack customer deliveries, and prepare items for driver pickup. Monitor active deliveries, manage warehouse inventory, and ensure all stock is properly organized and accessible. Maintain strict standards for cleanliness and order to guarantee smooth workflow. Work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings. Requires strong German and English communication skills, multitasking ability, and structured problem-solving.
