Job Summary
Support the production manager in leading a team of production employees to ensure smooth production processes. Responsibilities include motivating the team, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and achieving production goals. The role involves working closely with employees on daily assembly tasks, determining training needs, and coordinating with logistics and quality management departments. Regular reporting on performance indicators and compliance with safety and environmental regulations is also required.

- Successfully completed technical training or education
- Experience in production and assembly environment
- Willingness to work in shifts
